We serve exclusively farmer owned Organic Valley dairy, In addition to oat, flax, and hemp alternative milks, our Matcha and loose teas are from Tea-O-Graphy, our local tea importer. We use local Taos Honey, bread for toast from Wild Leaven Bakery and Mar’s Blue Corn Sourdough with homemade toppings.
